We are working hard to ensure we remain compliant with local tax and import laws in every country which we export our goods to. We wish to serve our customers, fans, and potential customers in every country, however, logistics and compliance in every country differs making it complicated and costly to export our goods everywhere. 

International Shipping Taxes, Duties, VAT/GST

We wont bore you with cross border logistics but it is important we explain how and what costs are charged during checkout for international purchases. Once you reach checkout and depending on your countries laws you will see the following: 

• DHL Express Carrier Fee , Surcharges, DDP Fees
• Import Duties
• Import Taxes
• VAT / GST

Sometimes it can be easy to get confused by seeing so many additional fees during checkout. We utilize third party software which provides us with these costs based on your shipping destination. International Returns Policy

At this time we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any international order for any reason whatsoever. This is due to the logistics and costs associated involved with our customers paying and re-importing the goods back to the USA. We urge you to read about our products and ask any questions prior to your international purchase to ensure that you receive the product you intended.
