Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We offer a fifteen (15) day return policy, which means you have fifteen (15) days from the date which you received your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    • Be in new, unworn, unused, condition free from any defects or alterations which was not present upon receipt. 
    • Include all of the original packaging, tags, protective wrapping, boxes, cases, accessories and any item included in the original shipment.
    • Free from any defect or alteration which was not present upon receipt

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Personal Hygiene Products
  • Items containing liquids
  • Items labeled as "sale" or "sample" or "sample-sale"
  • Items which were purchased using a promotional code, discount code or other coupon code. 
  • Gift Card items, or Digital Items made available to download. 
  • Cosmetic or nail art brushes which have been used or have come in contact with any polishes, gel, varnish, solvents, or chemicals.
  • Cosmetic or nail brushes which have been used in any manner
  • Rings which include adjustable bands which have been altered from the manufacture preset size
  • Rings which have come in contact with liquids, polishes, gel, varnish, solvents, or chemicals of any kind.

Items which were sold as part of a bundle or kit may not be individually returned or exchanged. Kit or bundle items must be returned as entirely with all parts, items, and accessories or your return will be rejected. 

Doublemoss Arte LLC reserves the right to inspect, and reject any return at any time for any reason whatsoever. 

You are required to pay for all return shipping &handling charges. If a prepaid shipping label is provided to you by us, then we will deduct the charges from your refunded amount to cover such costs.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you believe that your item may have been damaged in shipping, or have been shipped with a manufacturing defect please head to the returns portal here and select the appropriate return reason. 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time we do not accept International returns or exchanges for any reason due to the advanced logistics and financial burden placed on you and us. If you have any questions before you make a purchase please contact us and we will be happy to ensure you receive the information you require to make an informed purchase decision. 


REFUNDS


After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email or via your account page when your return has been processed.
