SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We offer express shipping options during checkout. All fees associated with shipping & handling will be your responsibility. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Promotional offers or discounts do not apply to shipping & handling fees unless specifically stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion. 

SHIPPING FEES

We offer shipping based on the weight and volume of your order and is calculated during checkout utilizing our third party carrier software which informs you of the shipping rate. You are responsible to pay for any shipping costs and handling fees which are displayed to you during checkout. 


Any shipping times and dates displayed to you for the delivery of your order are given to you in good faith but are only estimates which may change at any given time and without notice to you. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

In the unlikely event your order is delayed it is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information which was provided to you during checkout. You may also login to your account and view your recent orders and tracking information. We will not provide you with updates regarding carrier delays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship internationally to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada

If your shipping destination country is not listed above you may not place an order using our website. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS DUTIES , TAXES, VAT

During checkout you will see and may be charged the following fees imposed by your countries specific import and tax laws:

  • Shipping Carrier Fee
  • Shipping Carrier DDP Fees
  • Import Duties
  • Import Taxes
  • VAT / GST (Value Added Tax)


These charges are displayed to you via a third-party software which uses real time calculations to offer you all costs to import your order paid during checkout. You will not be responsible for any duties or taxes when your order is delivered. We do not have control over the fees displayed to you during checkout.
